Lavinia Stamps

Client: Lavinia Stamps

Lavinia Stamps is based in Ruthin, a beautiful market town in North Wales. Tracey Dutton and Kevin Jones formed a pottery business in 1992, initially focusing on ceramics before beginning to experiment with polymer stamps in 2005. From these creative beginnings, Lavinia Stamps has grown into one of the world’s leading suppliers of polymer stamps, with a strong national and international following.

Tracey’s fascination with fairies, fantasy, flora and fauna lies at the heart of her work. She creates spiritually inspired, hand-drawn designs that capture the magic of Lavinia Stamps and encourage crafters to explore their creativity.

Through animation and video we’ve been trusted with Tracey’s artwork to promote new collections, advertise their incredible events and document life in their magical world and what it means to them and their crafting community.

The Dreamatorium

Driven by a desire to share this passion more widely, Tracey envisioned a space where the world of Lavinia could come to life. After years of thoughtful renovation, this vision became reality with the opening of The Dreamatorium. Housed within a restored 17th-century building, blending historic character with a carefully curated retail experience, the space offers an inspiring selection of crafting essentials alongside distinctive gifts and elegant interior pieces. It also serves as a creative hub, with free craft demonstrations and a year-round programme of workshops designed to inspire all skill levels.

We were there to document the grand opening and snuck in before the crowds arrived for a magical guided tour.

Three times a year, the Lavinia Stamps team hosts Craft Extravaganzas both online and in-person Open Days at The Dreamatorium, bringing together a vibrant community of crafters.
